Sandy Troupe
Percussion

Sandy is from Newark, Delaware.  She is a 1978 graduate of Mt. Pleasant High School.  Sandy began playing drums in 1970.  Her first drum was a toy that she won by selling Christmas cards.  She took it to school not knowing it was a toy.

Sandy works for MBNA America.  Previous employment includes; Park Ranger, Correctional Officer, Nurses Aid, Food Service Supervisor, and bodyguard.

In addition to being the percussionist for the Salem County Brass Society, Sandy has vast experience playing with many groups in the New Castle County area. Among her experiences: Brandywine Pops Orchestra, Newark Community Band, Newark Dixie Ramblers, and the Up Beats Dixieland Band.  Sandy has also played for several musicals for ATA.
